I have loved this neon futuristic outfit, since I saw it on the runway. But Miley definitely wore this outfit so great, she has the perfect body and hair to wear this kind of look. Not to sound as a hater but her performance outfits lately have been to tight around the wrong area if you know what I mean and this outfit shows of her amazing slim body without showing to much. That look is such a great performance piece, especially to her wrecking ball song. Such a emotional song combined with these strong shoulders.
